IMPORTANT NOTICE
READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, AND PROMPTLY RETURN IT OR DELETE ANY COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE IN YOUR POSSESSION.

Everybody is allowed to test this software for free within 15 days.

While this time period the license to use the software is a "present" from the copyright owner to use user. Because this is a present the user has NO rights to get anything from copyright owner. Special note: The user has no right about warranty of any kind.

LICENSE

RussXPSuite Is distributed in four licenses: .

1) 15 Days Trial License : grant the End-User to install the Software Product for evaluation purpose only.

2) Personal Edition License : grant the Licensed-User to install the Software Product on single computer.

3) Corporate Edition License : grant the Licensed-User to install the Software Product on unlimited number of computers at his or her own company for commercial use.

4) Enterprise Edition License : grant the Licensed-User to install the Software Product with source code on unlimited number of computers at his or her own company for commercial use.

RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT: (a) use the Shareware after the evaluation period of 15 days; (b) sell this Shareware package (except for shipment and handling charges); (c) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or alteration of this Software; (d) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software; (e) copy the documentation accompanying the software.

DISTRIBUTION

Copies of trial version of RussXPSuite may be distributed in accordance to the following terms:

The files are distributed in their entirety.
No alteration is made to the files; including changing or removing any messages.
No charge (other than charges for disk duplication and handling) be made for any redistribution.

TERM
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Shareware, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Shareware, together with all copies thereof.

To use this software in a unlimited time the user has to purchase a license from the copyright owner.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NO INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

I am assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Shareware, even if I has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
